PDFs with every required field
A4 PDFs following DIN 5008, with every field required by §14 UStG and the §19 small-business notice. Automatic page breaks on long invoices, German number and date formatting, IBAN grouped in fours. Send straight from the app via Mail, AirDrop, or Files.
Hours that become invoices
Log time with date, activity, and hourly rate. When writing an invoice, pick the entries you want. LeanInvoice aggregates them into line items and remembers what has already been billed.
Corrections with a note
Sent and paid invoices are read-only, so nothing changes by accident. When a genuine correction is needed, it goes through a dedicated flow: you give a reason, the invoice number and date are preserved, and the app records what changed, when, and why. It is there to keep you oriented: what you make of it for your own records is up to you.
