02 In short
This website sets no cookies, embeds no fonts, maps, videos, or scripts from third-party servers, and uses no analytics or tracking services. There is no contact form and no newsletter. The only data collected is the technically unavoidable server log kept by our host.
03 Server log files (hosting)
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. Server log files are created automatically when you visit. They contain your IP address, the date and time of the request, your browser type, and the page requested. The data is used solely to operate the website securely and reliably and is deleted after 7 days at the latest. It is not combined with other data and not evaluated for analytics. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO GmbH.
04 No cookies, no external content
No cookies are set. All fonts, images, stylesheets, and scripts are served from the same server as the website. No connections are made to third parties such as Google Fonts or a CDN. Viewing these pages therefore exposes your IP address to nobody but the host.
05 Language preference (localStorage)
If you change languages via the switcher, the website remembers your choice under the key "preferredLang" in your browser's local storage. It is written only when you actively switch, so it serves a function you explicitly requested and requires no consent under § 25(2)(2) TDDDG. It is not a cookie, holds no personal data, and never leaves your browser. You can delete it at any time via your browser settings.
06 App Store links
The download buttons link to Apple's App Store. A connection to Apple is established only once you click such a link. Apple is the controller for any processing that happens there; Apple's privacy policy applies (www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).
07 Contacting us by email
If you write to us, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to answer it. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Correspondence is retained for up to 2 years after the matter is closed, unless a statutory retention obligation requires longer. Email is delivered through the mail servers of our provider (STRATO GmbH).
08 Transfers to third countries
Simply viewing this website transfers no data outside the European Economic Area. A connection to Apple Inc. (USA) is established only when you click an App Store link; that transfer is covered by Apple's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
